Background
What started as a suggestion box has been turned into a podcast.
Early this year, we created an interactive suggestion box at our headquarters in Düsseldorf with the intention of motivating our employees to share their constructive feedback for Havas Germany.
But beyond the feedback, we also used it as a tool for people to share their opinions regarding agency culture, safety in the workplace during a pandemic, client ethics, and more.
So, we decided to take this concept even further and give the box a voice with a platform by turning it into a podcast.
